Jeffrey P. Zane is the sole shareholder of Jeffrey P. Zane, P.A. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, estate planning and probate and tax law. Mr. Zane is a member of the Florida and New York Bars as well as the United States Tax Court. Mr. Zane has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He continuously speaks to groups like the Realtors Association of Palm Beach, lay groups and professional groups such as the American Bar Association at its national annual meeting.

Mr. Zane is a founding member and President of the Attorneys' Real Estate Council of Palm Beach County, Inc. since its inception. He is also a Vice President of the Attorneys' Real Estate Councils of Florida, Inc. which is a statewide organization. Mr. Zane is also Co-President of Temple Beth David.

Michael J Posner is a partner at Ward Damon Posner Pheterson & Bleau, a multi-disciplined law firm primarily serving South Florida. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, homeowner/condominium association representation, complex real estate litigation, and wills, trusts and estate planning. Mr. Posner has handled real estate closings from $100,000 to over $47 million and has examined over 8,000 title files covering vacant land, single and multi-family homes, large commercial buildings, condominiums and co-ops and other unique land interests. He has also provided expert testimony on complex title matters.

In addition to Super Lawyers®, he has received AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has an Avvo rating of 10.0. He has been in practice since 1987 and is Board Certified in Real Estate Law. Michael is a founding member of the Palm Beach Real Estate Council. Mr. Posner earned his Juris Doctorate at University of Florida College of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Florida.

His professional involvement in the local community includes Foreclosure Commissioner of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development, Special Magistrate of the Palm Beach Value Adjustment Board, and Special Magistrate of the Village of Wellington Code Enforcement Board. He currently is the President of AircooledforCharity, Inc., a charity raising funds for Autism and Alzheimer’s.

Charles S. Bolz is a shareholder in Bolz & Bolz, Attorneys at Law, and President of Horizon Title Services, Inc., a full service title insurance agency. He has been certified by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney since 1992. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, including closings and title insurance, lending, bank representation and leasing matters. He also practices business and corporate law, estate planning and probate law.

Chuck is a founding member and Vice President of the Attorneys' Real Estate Council of Palm Beach County, Inc. In addition to The Florida Bar he is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the United States Virgin Islands Bar. He received a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Rochester and his Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law.

Maria S. Leavy is founding attorney of Leavy Law, P.A. Maria has extensive experience representing clients in real estate, community association, and estate planning legal matters. She focuses her practice on the representation of condominiums, homeowner’s associations, and country clubs. Maria assists community association clients with covenant enforcement matters, document amendments, fair housing disputes, bulk rate telecommunication contracts, contract preparation and review, and annual meeting and election matters.

Ms. Leavy also represents individual clients in residential and commercial real estate closings and provides title insurance services. Maria handles the administration of estates and assists clients with estate planning matters.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Florida and Palm Beach County Bar Associations and is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Maria is an active member of the Palm Beach County Real Estate Council and serves on the Florida Bar’s prepaid legal services committee. Ms. Leavy is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

In addition to her legal work, Maria is an active volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

Lisa has extensive experience representing clients in residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration matters. She focuses her practice on the representation of buyers and sellers throughout Florida and zealously represents individual clients in residential and commercial real estate closings and provides title insurance services. Lisa also handles the administration of estates and assists clients with estate planning and probate matters. Lisa I. Glassman PA has offices in Aventura, Boca Raton, Weston and Lighthouse Point.

Ms. Glassman earned her Bachelor of Science, from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Lisa was a founding member of the North Dade & the Beaches Attorneys’ Real Estate Council and served as its President for several years and is now a director of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Palm Beach. She also serves as a board member and Membership Chair of the Parkland Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Glassman is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

In addition to her legal work, Lisa is a devoted wife, mom of two wonderful children and an active volunteer for Kindness Matters and the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.

Sheehan Gobin is the founder and lead attorney at Gobin Law, PLLC. His practice is focused on real estate law and he handles all aspects relating to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate in Palm Beach County, and throughout the state of Florida.

Sheehan earned his B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2008 and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2012 from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. In that same year Sheehan became a member of the Florida Bar. Sheehan is also a current member of the Palm Beach County Real Estate Council, as well as a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar.
