Ahmad Sadiq is the President and Manager of Landtrust Title of Central Florida where he facilitates residential real estate transactions. In private practice he also assists clients with landlord-tenant issues as well as contract review. Previously, Ahmad worked in the administrative law area helping Social Security Disability claimants at the hearing and appeals level.

Ahmad is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and studied Political Science at the University of Central Florida.

Lisa Super is a transactional attorney based in Orlando, Florida. Her practice areas include real estate and business law, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, title insurance, and lender representation. She is fluent in German, and represents international clients in various corporate and business law matters. Lisa is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Andrew M. Fisher is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator with over 18 years of real estate related experience (including being a licensed real state broker). The Florida Bar appointed Andrew in 2017 to the Florida Realtors/ Florida Bar Joint Committee that works on the FR/BAR Contract for revisions and updates.

Through Fisher Law, P.A., Andrew’s real estate law practice focuses on issues related to opening, running, and managing a real estate brokerage office. Andrew represents many real estate brokers (listing and selling agents, as well as property managers), buyers, and sellers. Fisher Law handles residential and commercial real estate closings, short sale negotiation, property management, as well as real estate professional issues related to DBPR & FREC. Fisher Law also handles residential and commercial closings throughout the state of Florida. Andrew is also a member of the New York and New Jersey bars, and works with many out of state buyers and sellers with their Florida real estate needs.

Samanta Franchim is a real estate attorney with Parkway Property Investments, LLC. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, land development, acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to serving on the land acquisition committee for Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando and Osceola County, she is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orlando Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Central Florida Ohio State Alumni Club. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Robert’s real estate practice concentrates on syndication, private equity, and deal structuring/compliance. In addition to being a licensed attorney, he is also a licensed real estate broker, real estate school instructor, former title insurance agent, and former loan originator. The majority of his litigation work was defending real estate cases, but now focuses on property damage. He double majored in real estate and finance at Florida State University where he graduated with honors from the college of business. He attended Florida A&M College of Law here in his hometown of Orlando, and currently practices in Winter Park.

Jessica Parker Malchow is a Florida Bar Certified Real Estate Attorney and a partner in the firm of Baker Hostetler LLP. She represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate activities, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, finance, management and operations, development and redevelopment, and land use for property types such as retail, industrial, residential, apartments and mixed-use projects.

Jessica has extensive experience in representing owners and purchasers in acquisitions and financings of hotels and resort properties. She has also routinely represented parties in sophisticated transfer and financing arrangements to minimize Florida transfer and financing taxes.

With an emphasis on transactional work, Mr. Acosta has focused his energies on “closing the deal”. Roland is committed to providing representation to real people, the everyman, at rates they can afford.

For nearly 20 years Roland was in-house counsel for various banks in the Southeast. Roland was the former associate general counsel for SunTrust Bank for 14 years. As a result of his years in the banking industry Mr. Acosta has amassed a wealth knowledge and contacts in the financial industry. He has assisted clients in obtaining financing for their projects. Mr. Acosta’s sources include both institutional and private funding.

Additionally, Mr. Acosta provides legal guidance and strategy for individuals and organizations involved in the real estate industry. He has advanced the interests of realtors, mortgage brokers, commercial lenders, developers, builders, investors, landlords and entrepreneurs of all stripes. Mr. Acosta has taught real estate law at a variety of regional colleges. He has been a featured speaker, instructor and panelist at various colleges and at Orange County sponsored events on a number of topics including the foreclosure process, foreclosure defense and short sales.

Kristy is President of the Law Office of Kristy L. Harrington, P.A. She is the Board Attorney for the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® and the Lake City Board of Realtors®. Prior to entering private practice, Kristy was Senior Counsel for the FL Association of Realtors®. As a result, she now enjoys assisting real estate licensees, brokerages, and property management companies with their risk management, daily business, and other real estate and license-related needs. She also devotes a portion of her practice to Realtor® and real estate licensee representation in both DBPR/Division of Real Estate/FL Real Estate Commission matters and local Realtor® board matters, including Code of Ethics complaints and procuring cause arbitrations. Kristy’s practice also focuses on real estate transactions and contract matters, real estate litigation (including but not limited to contract and deposit disputes, property management issues, landlord/tenant, quiet title, title defect, and foreclosure work), and general business and commercial matters.

Frederick W. Jones is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate lawyer. He has been a member of The Florida Bar for over 40 years, and his legal career includes Staff Counsel for the Florida Real Estate Commission, private practice and Judicial Magistrate positions. In private practice for more than 35 years, most recently as Partner in the Winter Park law firm of Graham, Builder, Jones, Pratt & Marks, LLP, (now Burr & Foreman LLP), he has specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage law, agency, title insurance and lender and broker representation, as well as estate planning and probate. He served as a Special Magistrate for the Orange County ad valorem tax Value Adjust Board and most recently was General Magistrate in Orange County, 9th Judicial Circuit Courts handling residential mortgage foreclosure cases.

Education: The University of Florida (B.A. 1970) and U of F College of Law (J.D. 1974).

Mr. Jones holds an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer from 2007 – 2012. He is a member of The Florida Bar and United States Supreme Court Bar, and has been an active member of the American Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association. He is on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, has served as Chairman of the Section’s Residential Real Estate & Industry Liaison Committee and currently is an At Large Members representing the 9th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Jones was appointed by The Florida Bar as an Attorney member on the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee and has continuously served on the Joint Committee since 1997, and he is on the FAR/BAR Contract Sub-Committee. He is founding member and past chair of the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys Council and currently serves as President of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Councils of Florida. He is past Chairman of the Real Property Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. He was honored with the Attorney Appreciation Award by Orlando Regional Realtors Association in 1996. He is a member of Florida Blue Key, Rotary Club of Winter Park, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and serves on the boards of various community and charitable organizations.

Kenneth L. Schlitt is a principal in the law firm of Keating & Schlitt, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. Since 1991, Mr. Schlitt has practiced real estate law in downtown Orlando. Mr. Schlitt has extensive experience representing institutional lenders in commercial, construction, development and residential loan transactions as well as in loan workouts and mortgage foreclosures.

He has represented property owners, developers and institutional lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate acquisition, disposition and loan transactions. Mr. Schlitt has significant experience in commercial leasing transactions, representing both property owners and tenants. He also represents clients in connection with the formation of business entities and business sale and purchase transactions. Mr. Schlitt has received an AV Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Brandon Marcus concentrates his practice in real estate, focusing on commercial purchase and sales transactions and commercial leasing, land use, development projects and other real estate matters. Brandon employs a stringent attention to detail and a proactive approach as he helps his clients navigate the meticulous documentation of various real estate matters.

Collin McLeod is a partner in the law firm of Divine & Estes, P.A. and has practiced law in the Orlando area since 2007. He primarily specializes in real estate and construction matters, including real estate transactions (commercial and residential), general commercial litigation, construction defect issues, construction liens and collection, contract and lease drafting and review, and landlord/tenant disputes. He was born and raised in Orlando and attended Edgewater High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. Mr. McLeod has received an AV Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

James L. Doyle is an associate attorney for the law firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A in Winter Park, Florida. His practice areas include commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and land use matters. He routinely represents lenders in a broad variety of asset class financing including vacant land, hotels, construction and residential portfolios. He also represents developers of multi-family and subdivision projects across Central Florida. Mr. Doyle also has experience guiding his clients through dispute resolution and litigation on commercial matters.

Elizabeth is a transactional attorney representing local and national commercial real estate developers, hoteliers, owners, investors, commercial landlords & tenants, and businesses. Her practice also provides personalized commercial and residential real estate closings. Elizabeth is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, providing a unique perspective to her practice of law. Experienced in a wide range of complex real estate related matters from letter of intent through closing (including post-closing matters), Elizabeth has built a career servicing the real estate industry.

Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth held various leadership roles working with Fortune 500 companies, developed extraordinary business relationships, and negotiated countless contracts. Elizabeth has also taken pride in supporting her family's long-standing Real Estate Development Company, the Henin Group.
