COVID-19: Employment Policies for Your Office

This month, we're pleased to have as our Guest Speaker Janet Goldberg McEnery, Esq. of Stearns Weaver Miller.  Janet is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor & Employment Law.

The presentation is a very timely and important topic for all of us—dealing with employment-related COVID-19 office policies.  The seminar will cover whether employers can mandate its employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine before returning to work, if there are exemptions that apply to receiving the vaccine, whether employers can ask for proof of vaccination cards, how to handle employees who want to permanently work from home, guidelines for preparing a back to work checklist, etc.
