Resource Feature

Have you seen the redesigned Real Estate Professionals page? This new page is designed to educate real estate agents on the benefits of involving a real estate attorney in their transactions while providing them valuable resources at the same time.

  • Closing Cost Calculator that Realtors® can use to provide their clients with cost estimates for their closings
  • Buyer and Seller Interviews, which they can download for free use in their daily activities to aid them in closing more deals successfully. These interview forms are actually part of our Red Flags seminar so be sure to review the course summary on the Request a Seminar page referenced below.
  • The Originator, a short education videos designed for Realtors® that explains the challenges to private and third party financing created by Dodd-Frank.
  • Title Insurance, real estate agents can learn more about title insurance and why it is so essential to their clients.
  • Distressed Property isn’t the problem it once was but nearly 16% of Florida transactions still involve short sales, foreclosure and REO properties. Realtors can download the Alliance for Homeowners Distressed Property Toolkit, which is a handy reference for the agent who needs more information on these often tricky transactions.
  • Request a Seminar allows real estate professionals to request a seminar for their association or brokerage. Florida ARECS provides a ready-to-use library of seminars that they can choose from. These programs are available to RECs and their members. • Find an Attorney is the key feature and the core of our objective. Florida ARECS and The Fund want real estate agents and consumers to have an easy way to find you and get to know more about you. Millennials expect to be able to learn about you and interact with you online so make sure your online presence is accurate and descriptive. Florida ARECS has created a profile for every REC member in the state but the information is only as good as what you provide us.
