David has worked extensively with family businesses and has a unique perspective that is beneficial to them after having previously been Vice President and General Counsel for a large family-owned real estate and agriculture company in central Florida. Will routinely represents buyers, developers, investors, lenders, and sellers in transactions of all sizes throughout the state of Florida. Will prides himself on providing clients with both legal and practical advice aimed at achieving goals economically, efficiently, and ethically.

Will is a native Floridian and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. Will is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts, Middle District of Florida. Will graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with degrees in economics (2000) and political science (2000) and graduated Cum Laude from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida with a Juris Doctorate (2004).

Based out of Lakeland, Florida Will places a priority on servant leadership within the community and has acted as the President of the Board for Explorations V Children’s Museum (2013-14), Chairman of EMERGE Lakeland (2013), a young professionals group, and as Vice Chair of Advocacy for the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors (2016). Will is also a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXI (2013-2014) and Leadership Polk Class IX (2015-2016).

Will is a recipient of a Polk Emerging Leaders Award, an honor bestowed annually on individuals who are positively impacting Polk County in their professional and personal lives. Will and his wife, Andrea, were also the Seproud victors of the 2015 Lakeland Derby Leaders of Lakeland Race benefiting Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine.

Will and Andrea have one daughter, Audrey, who attends Resurrection Catholic School.

Margaret Atkins Thumberg is Sr. Underwriting Counsel and Legal & Branch Education Manager at The Fund. Ms. Thumberg received her B.A. in history from the University of South Florida and her M.A. in history and J.D. from the University of Florida. Ms. Thumberg is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer and has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

While at The Fund, Ms. Thumberg has presented hundreds of live seminars and Fundinars, including the New Member Training Program, and has been a speaker at the 2011 and 2012 Affiliate Assemblies and moderated the CFPB Practice Tips Panel at the 2016 Assembly. She is also the co-editor of The Fund’s monthly publication, The Fund Concept. Prior to joining The Fund, Ms. Thumberg focused her practice in real estate and corporate matters including representation of lenders and developers in financing and acquisition matters and borrowers in foreclosure defense and bankruptcy. Through her representation of non-profit affordable housing developers, Ms. Thumberg prepared a practical guide to mortgage foreclosure mitigation counseling and presented numerous seminars on foreclosure related topics, including the Truth-in-Lending Act and Home Affordable Modification Program. Ms. Thumberg has also published an article on the Freedom of Information Act.

Sean is a partner with the firm of Boswell & Dunlap, LLP. He concentrates his law practice on local government representation, civil litigation in both State and Federal courts, and residential real estate transactions. Sean currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Bartow, Florida, and all of its various boards, commissions, and departments. Sean has extensive experience in defending governmental clients in various types of civil and administrative litigation, as well as the many and diverse due process and administrative areas of practice that go hand in hand with the representation of local governments. This experience has come particularly through Sean's work with the City of Bartow and The School Board of Polk County, Florida. Sean's work with the school district has included not only the defense litigation, but also specific administrative duties related to the representation of the Superintendent of Schools in matters related to student discipline.

Sean joined Boswell & Dunlap simultaneously with the creation of this latest chapter in the firm's history, on April 1, 1998. During law school, Sean clerked for a top insurance defense firm in Tampa, and served as a Public Service Fellow focusing efforts toward the assistance of the indigent in St. Petersburg.

Sean is a member of the Florida Bar, the Lakeland Bar Association and a past member of the Willson American Inn of Court. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts, the Northern, Middle and Southern Federal District Courts of Florida, the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Sean did his undergraduate work at The University of Florida earning his B.A. in Criminology in 1993. He earned his J.D., with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 1997.

Sean is a native of Lakeland, and continues to call Polk County his home, residing in Bartow with his wife, Kelly, and their three sons.

After graduation, Shawn moved to Central Florida.

Shawn began his legal career working as a criminal defense attorney in Bartow, FL and represented thousands of clients charged with crimes. Shawn represented clients charged with misdemeanors, DUI, felonies, including, life felonies, and murder. At the time Shawn moved to a different practice, he had tried over 40 jury trials and was able to obtain not guilty verdicts for the vast majority of his clients.

After a few years of criminal practice, Shawn entered private practice at a local civil law firm. Early in 2014, Shawn opened JILES LAW P.A., where the main focus of the practice is civil litigation, including Real Estate Litigation, and Real Estate Law. Shawn is Certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial.

Shawn is very active in the community. He is a member of the Bartow rotary and has previously served as President of the Rotary Club. For the past several years, Shawn has volunteered his time to teach high school students about the law, trial practice, and procedure. Shawn was instrumental in starting the legal studies academy at Teneroc High School in Lakeland that is very successfully educating young students who are interested in legal studies or related careers. Shawn served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the East Polk County Habitat for Humanity.

Anthony represents developers and entrepreneurs involved with storage centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, and assisted living facilities throughout the State of Florida, and Anthony is a proud member of Attorneys’ Title Fund (The Fund) and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

From December 2010 to March 2015, Anthony worked at the law firm of Rahdert, Steele, Reynolds & Driscoll, P.L. in St. Petersburg for clients such as the Tampa Bay Times and The Poynter Institute for Media Studies, and he handled real estate, corporate, probate, guardianship, estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration matters.

Anthony was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, and he graduated from Pine Crest School in 2001 with honors. Anthony graduated from the University of Notre Dame in January 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and Sociology and a minor in European Studies.

In May 2009, Anthony graduated from Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, Anthony worked as a teaching assistant for Professor Jeffrey J. Minneti with the Academic Success Workshop for first year students.

Anthony has written many articles for the Lakeland Ledger regarding various real estate topics, and he is a member of the Lakeland Bar Association, American Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Anthony serves on various committees of the Lakeland Association of Realtors, and he serves as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister at Resurrection Catholic Church in Lakeland.
