Carl A. Cascio, Esquire, is a member of and in-house general legal counsel to Orange Tree Capital, LLC. Mr. Cascio is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, and a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; admitted to United States District Court Southern District of Florida; a member of Palm Beach County Bar Association, and it’s CLE Real Estate Committee; and associate member of the Palm Beach County Realtors’ Association.

Carl attended undergraduate college at Purdue University, earning a bachelor’s of science in Business Management with a minor in political science. While attending Purdue University, Carl was a four year letterman and starter on the men’s tennis team. Mr. Cascio went on to earn his law degree from the University of Mississippi, School of Law. Carl’s practice is focused in the areas of real estate and real estate development, corporate and estate planning and trust and commercial litigation. Maria assists community association clients with covenant enforcement matters, document amendments, fair housing disputes, bulk rate telecommunication contracts, contract preparation and review, and annual meeting and election matters.

Ms. Leavy also represents individual clients in residential and commercial real estate closings and provides title insurance services. Maria handles the administration of estates and assists clients with estate planning matters.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Florida and Palm Beach County Bar Associations and is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Maria is an active member of the Palm Beach County Real Estate Council and serves on the Florida Bar’s prepaid legal services committee. His practice focuses on Property Law including real estate transactions such as closings and title examination; as well as litigation including appellate law. Property litigation includes contract/business disputes, lien law and construction defects. Other areas of practice include Health Law and Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury as well as product and premises liability.

Mr. Oza received his J.D., magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Honors and distinctions received in law school included a graduating class ranking in the top 10%, Law Review, several Dean's Lists and a membership in the Order of Coif National Honor Society.

Pre-law education includes a Bachelors in Medical Technology and a Masters in Health Services Administration, both from Florida International University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives, a national organization of health and hospital administrators ("FACHE"). Mr. Oza is also member of the Board of Directors of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Palm Beach.
