Prince A. Donnahoe IV, is the Senior Partner at Prince A. Donnahoe IV, P.A., which he formed in June of 2000. He graduated from Stetson University in Deland, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1992, and then went on attend Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1995. Mr. Donnahoe has been the author of numerous published articles in several scholarly journals and has also participated in a large number of published appellate decions. He is a former chair of the Family Law Section of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, a current director for the Broward Area Real Estate Council and is also a contributing member to several of the Real Estate sections of the Florida Bar as well as many local bar associations. Mr. Donnahoe has taught real estate law as a past adjunct professor at Barry University, and has presented numerous real estate related seminars to other attorneys, realtors, and lender, homeowner and condominium associations groups. In addition to his time spent in legal real estate related endeavors, he is also the Vice President of Royal Redevelopment, Inc., a Residential Redevelopment and Real Estate Solutions Company, whose purpose it is to restore distressed homes and to assist troubled homeowners.

Mr. Bronchick is a native of New York, residing in South Florida since 1984. After graduating in 1981 from the State University of New York at Albany, he then attended and graduated the University of Florida School of Law in April, 1984.
